A:If u tell me the problem within a week, i can get an exchange for u.After 1 week, i can only send it for repair, no exchange. There is a 1 year repair warranty
2)Q:i want to get additional accessory, how can i get it?
A:Silicon Casing at $4 each
For an Additional NeckStrap! Add $5
3)Q:When can i get my mp3 player?
A:Once 10 orders is reached,i will send the orders to my supplier and u will be able to recieve it 1 week later :D
